The location in Chinatown was fantastic! So many restaurants around and we found a nice spot that was only a few steps away - really made the trip. Also, the staff was super friendly, checked in on us like we mattered, which is surprisingly rare these days.

However, the king room was quite small, and it was slightly noisy during my stay likely due to the events in town. The lack of daily housekeeping services was also a downside, though my requests for additional amenities were handled promptly.
